1. Introduction

AIO Downloader (“we”, “the service”) is a personal shortcut/utility that helps users download videos from links the users themselves provide, for personal archiving purposes. The service does not perform, encourage or license the re-uploading (reup) of content. By accessing or using AIO Downloader, you agree to the terms below.

2. Nature of the service

AIO Downloader acts solely as a technical helper (an on-demand processing utility). We do not store, host or distribute any video or media file on our servers. Content is processed in real time at the moment you request it and is not retained after the processing session ends.

3. Your responsibilities

• You may only use AIO Downloader to download content that you own, are licensed to use, or that falls within fair use under applicable law, for personal purposes.
• Re-uploading (reup), publicly sharing or distributing downloaded videos to any platform, social network or channel without the copyright owner’s explicit permission is strictly prohibited. Doing so is a serious breach of these terms and may violate intellectual property law.
• You are solely and fully responsible for downloading, copying, editing or otherwise using any content through the service, including complying with the source platform’s own terms of use.
• Using the service to infringe copyright, intellectual property rights, privacy rights or any other lawful rights of third parties is prohibited.
• Using scripts, bots or automated tools to abuse the service, send bulk requests or circumvent its rate-limiting mechanism is prohibited.

4. No affiliation with third-party platforms

AIO Downloader is not owned by, affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any social media platform. All trademarks, logos and related content belong to their respective owners.

5. Usage limits & third-party ads

To keep the service free and curb abuse, we apply a per-IP usage limit. You can reset that limit yourself on the Remove limit page; doing so opens a third-party partner ad in a new tab. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, safety or data collection practices of those ad pages.

6. Disclaimer of warranties & limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without any warranty of continuity, accuracy or uninterrupted operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIO Downloader is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.

7. Copyright complaints

If you are a copyright owner and believe content processed through the service infringes your rights, please contact [email protected] with proof of ownership and the relevant links. We will review and respond as soon as possible.

8. Termination of access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these terms, without prior notice.

9. Age requirement

The service is intended for users aged 13 and over, or the minimum age required by the law where you live.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always posted on this page along with its update date.
